Getting Album Art on my Android - Syncing?

Hi, I cannot seem to get album art working properly on my phone. The music is all stored on my PC. I am using winamps devices sync function to transfer it onto my phone.

On the PC winamp searches finds and displays album art properly. It saves it into the same directory on my drive.
My problem is that the sync dos not transfer this onto my phone, and worse still when I search on my phone it will not find and download any album art for my tracks.
I also tried searching on the PC by going into my device in winamp and right clicking on the blank album art and telling it to search. and that won't find any album art either.'

I just want album art on my phone like all the competitors have!!
How can I do this???????

I guess your album cover need to inside the mp3 files not on the folder where the files are.
