wap1050 Junior Member Join Date: May 2012 Posts: 2	I fixed the problem with the track names. I just changed the settings of the file name format (right click on device and click preferences). I attached a screenshot for clarity. The unknown artists error happened because of bad id3 tags. according to mp3tag I have 117 song with bad id3 tags. Attached Thumbnails
