Ya see, this is the problem . . . you've started 4 different threads all related to the same topic. Different people have answered each one & not one of them is aware of what's been previously discussed.
It would've been much wiser to keep all of your posts within the one thread instead of making a new one each time, then your query would've been fully answered by now & you'd be up 'n running.
In the meantime, we're all just getting confused

Have you installed the Shoutcast DSP plugin yet?
Are you going to use your own server, or are you using the Shoutcast Server?
Have you installed the LineRec plugin?
Have you configured everything properly?
Have you selected the Shoutcast DSP to make it active? (Prefs -> DSP)
Have you tried plugging your line in source to your soundcard's line-in and typing linerec:// in Winamp's open location box?
