Possible to buy Winamp Android outside of Google Play?

I was very busy last night and I have slept only less again, what I do very often...

You can use Google Search. I myself use AOL Search. At first I have searched with the keywords "winamp apk", I have checked the first 10 pages, then I have searched with the keywords "winamp apk free download". I have seen many websites with many download-links, especially for Winamp Pro and also for many older versions, not only for the current version. The most websites are not very secure for me, and security has a priority for me. But then I have found a website, and I can trust this website: APKTOP. I didn't find SoundCloud there, but many of the other apps, which I wanted to have. They have the latest versions, and these versions seem to have all the languages, while Softonic has only the English Versions. The sizes of the downloaded .apk files from Softonic are smaller than the sizes of the downloaded .apk files from APKTOP. The most apps are free, some apps have to be bought. I myself need only the free apps, and I don't want to make online-banking. I wouldn't wonder, if Google Play would require also PAY PAL for all user and not only a Google Account, although I only want to have the free apps and not the pro apps, but then I would have a problem with Google Play...
