Syncing songs already on phone

Hey, ive read quite a few threads about this problem and i cant seem to fix it. Winamp keeps syncing songs that are already on my phone, ive checked the filenames and other meta data and some of the songs its resyncing seem to match so im not sure why its doing it.

Any help would be appreciated, the phone im using is a HTC One X, cheers.
