no playlists or album art

When I sync from Winamp PC Desktop to my Samsung Galaxy S II, the playlist do not show up on the Android Winamp. The music is there just no playlist. I created a "Music" and "Playlists" Folder on the external SD card. The music is in the Music folder and the playlists are in the Playlists folder in PLA format.
Also I am not getting Any Album Art on the phone.
