adding item to top menu - in level of - File ,Play,Help,Go pro

Hi
Is it possible to add menu item in the root level like Go Pro?
If so how do i do it?

I added item using:
HMENU hMenu=(HMENU)SendMessage(plugin.hwndParent,WM_WA_IPC,4,IPC_GET_HMENU);
but i could add items only in submenus line inside File or View.

those menus are hard-coded in the skin. unless you edit and provide patched files of the Bento / Winamp Modern skins there's no way to do it (and if you did patch them, if the user then installed a newer update those changes would be removed as the official skins are reset to a known state everytime Winamp is (re-)installed.
