Play first 5 seconds of songs

Hello, am new here and was wondering if there was a way to make a winamp seek function like on a car stereo, i use winamp to scan thru 1,000s of tracks at a time and would like to have it set so it jumps to the next track after say 5 seconds instead of having to click to jump to the next track etc...
