system sounds sync

I have been searching for over a week now all over the web and cant find an answer. Drag. I selected Winamp because what I read about it being able to sync easily between the device and the desktop. I am using the desktop version 5.63. My device is a Droid Razr running gingerbread. My SD card is showing as "O". When I open "O" in winamp desktop it has all of my system sounds. I just want to sync my phones O/music folder. Is there a way to eliminate system sounds from what winamp looks for and only look in O/music?
