Modifying How Winamp Treats iPods

Hello everyone, I was wondering if there is a way to modify how Winamp attempts to manage an iPod. Normally the current method would work fine, if I was using a normal iPod. Instead I am using Rockbox and I have run into a few issues when trying to sync my iPod with Winamp. The two main issues are that Winamp uses the "normal" iPod method of storing music files in a hidden folder with the file names obscured and that Winamp will not transfer non-iPod music formats, such as FLAC even though my iPod can now play them.

So the question I have is there a way to force Winamp to treat my iPod like a normal removable storage device instead of treating it like an iPod.
