I have no idea what I'm doing o_O :(

Reading the documentation, I open up sc_serv_simple.conf.....I have no idea how to edit it, I see what it's asking me to do but I dont know how to do it. Is there a video tutorial to walk me through all of these processes? I looked on youtube but it was all in different languages. If I can be walked thru step by step in setting up a shoutcast server & broadcast I would appreciate it, yeh pictures and all......yeh I'm a server/networking n00b.
