Authhash in 1.9.8
I installed SHoutcast 1.9.8 and cannot seem to see any indication of Authhash
![]() The equipment in use is not compatible with v2, so here we are. Can someone help me find a way to have the radio listed at Shoutcast? |

the v1 DNAS doesn't use the authhash system, that is only for v2 DNAS which is why you cannot find anything to do with it.
without the address of the DNAS, there's little i can do to check but based on the screenshot as long as there were no NAK errors reported in the DNAS's log, then it should show up in the listings. really the best thing to do is look at the DNAS's log and see if there's any NAK errors and try to resolve them. also what exactly is it about your equipment that prevents you using the v2 DNAS as it will happily accept a v1 style source connection. -daz |

Another person is taking care of the DNAS, he is using http://telos-systems.com/brochure/Te...M-Brochure.pdf.
But I will ask him if there are any errors. So should the online radio automatically be visible at Shoutcast or is there a guide I can follow to have our station listed at shoutcast? Thank you very much DrO |

it should automatically appear as long as there are no issues with the stream (hence the need to check the logs) as the v1 DNAS just shows private or public but doesn't indicate if there's a YP issue if trying to get listed on the summary page (the v2 DNAS does better in trying to show that).
