Media Library 5.63 on Win 8 64 bit shows only .mp3

I've installed the CCCP codec pack but don't see my .ogg, .flac or any other formats.

Can't find my M3u playlists either.

They were not lost in the installation. I maintain all my data files on discs other than "C". (By the way, why is there no one button way to back up the library ??? After all these years no one has figured out that this is important ?)

v 5.63 worked 100% under Win 7 Pro

Winamp won't use decoders from codec packs unless you explicitly tell it to do so (and there's really no reason to even try to use them for OGG and FLAC).

most likely you've not installed the OGG and FLAC plug-ins but as you've not provided a plug-ins list (http://forums.winamp.com/showthread....161361#plugins) as is required, it's just speculation on what is actually in place with your install.
