Plugin 'Uplister Playlists' is not working

Hallo,

I installed the Uplister plugin but just got activated entries in each menue point (file, playback, options, view, ...: what does this mean/help??) but I cannot even find a way to start a related function of Uplister.

Can anybody please help or at least explain how Uplister should be used?...
