Fourier Pitch/Tempo Control

I've just installed winamp to try out the fourier plugin. The interface is all very confusing though. The plugin adds pitch/tempo controls, reverb and chorus echo controls. Ok, where might I find those? Or is there something else I need before the plugin will work?
