Winamp constantly freezes my comp

This started two days ago and now every time I start winamp it freezes my whole comp and I have to reset.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled winamp as well.
Please help!

Intel Core i7-860 2.8GHz Quad-Core Processor
Windows 7 Ultimate SP1
8GB DDR3 1600 RAM
1x 128GB SSD, 1x 500GB SATA, 1x 1TB SATA
Latest Winamp 5.63

Anything else you need let me know.

What else happened 2 days ago? Software does not start doing what you say for no reason.

Did you do a clean uninstall before you reinstalled? In other words, removed every piece of Winamp from your system (the program folder files, the user data folder files, and the registry entries). Some of this not done by the normal uninstall tool and requires you to delete some things yourself (search the forum for clean uninstall instructions) or you can use apps like Geek Uninstaller or Revo Uninstaller that will delete what the normal uninstall tool leaves behind.
