Why is my computer slow with Winamp starting and all things getting freeze ?

hello every one this is my first topic in this great forum
actually i'm suffering from this problem for along time even after
installing new windows copy and changed my winamp version

now when i start to play any song with winamp every thing getting frozen for 7 seconds and maybe more till winamp response and getting start wheel

i uninstalled it many times and install it again and nothing happen problem still exist
so i need some help coz i can't use any other player .
