Batch convert mixed format files

I have some 400+ folders (76GB), in one sub folder on my Win 7 64 bit pc, each containing an album. Most albums are in the FLAC format and the rest are in high quality MP3 format.

I want to make a copy of this sub folder but with all the tracks formatted in 128bit MP3; so that I can store them on a 32GB SD card.

Can Winamp create such a copy and convert at the same time automatically i.e just set Winamp running and leave, say, overnight?
