Twittercast: Shoutcast Song Title To Twitter Status Script

I'm still have problem with cron job. Twittercast can post to twitter by open twittercast.php via browser.

I user several format :

wget -O /dev/null http://u.klikhost.com/twittercast/twittercast.php

2013-03-09 18:40:51 (647 B/s) - `/dev/null' saved [425] ==> nothing happen to twitter. From cron job also nothing happen.

php -q /home/uklikhos/public_html/twittercast/twittercast.php

I have rename file permission title.txt to 755, but still work from cron job.
