Missing Data from Winamp on PC to Android

My copy of mp3tag shows all of the base tags album/song/artist/genre etc on the same screen. But when I had the problem (I may duplicate it and send you the results), it would open a warning dialog in the center of the screen. If I did anything and saved it I would need to re-enter all of the information. After I cleared the illegal tag it operated as expected.
