Okay, people can't connect to my shoutcast. They time out. Why? Is it because of my firewall? I use ZoneAlarm Pro for my firewall and I have the internet safety setting set to Medium. Here's a log of the Shoutcast server as well:

Possibly. Did you give SHOUTcast access to connect to the internet and act as a server? If not do so and see where that gets you.

Okay I made it allow Winamp as server for both local and internet and people still timed out.

You have to make the SHOUTcast DNAS have access as a server. Also are you running a proxy (ICS, etc.) or do you have a router?
