When rating via keyboard display the given stars like the grey box when a song starts

When a new song starts there usually pops up a little grey box on the bottom right with the title of the song. Now would it be possible to do something similiar when rating a song via keyboard ?

You can rate via keyboard by adding an entry for that in the key shortcuts in the settings.
(Maybe these shortcuts could also be added right from start ?)
I'd like to rate via gamepad that I use as remote (by using the free "Xpadder") and then see if the rating occured & how many stars are given, it would also make a good feature (just designwise) imo.
