most likely you've not obtained an authhash for the stream (as per http://wiki.winamp.com/wiki/SHOUTcas...ash_Management which is mentioned numerous times in the docs provided with the DNAS as well as on our wiki). there would also be error messages in the log output indicating more specifically why it is showing that message (which is vague on the public pages so people cannot work out what is going on with your stream purposefully despite it not helping if there is an issue).
