Problems Running Server-Sorry For Bad English!

Using SHOUTcast DNAS 2.0 Server.
I Launched sc_serv.exe And Type 0, Then Entered It.
But, After msg:[MICROSERVER] Listening for connection on 8000 Then msg:[MICROSERVER] Listening for connection on 8001, Nothing Happens.
I Tried Connect localhost:8000,But Still. I Can't Connect To Website.
What Could I Do?
Also, Running Servers On Windows 7 64bit.
(Want to read on Manuals On Internet, But I'm Not Good At English-I Can't Understand.
This Makes Me Crazy. AWWW.)
