How do I edit the cursors?

I'd like to try making cursors for my skin, by editing the ones from the baseskin.zip, but I don't know what kind of program to use for that.

Thanks! But regarding the link to something on http://www.winamp.com, that's a problem for me. My university's proxy server has http://www.winamp.com blocked (but for some reason, I can still get to forums.winamp.com). So I'll need some other way to get that information.

They don't allow you access to Winamp.com? Now that's just phucked up!

If Microangelo isn't quite your thing, try IconEasel for cursor editing.

Considering they haven't updated the program in ages, I don't have any moral qualm with providing my registration files for it to you. The good deed to you outweighs the bad deed to them

Just extract the files in this ZIP file to the directory you installed EasyIcons/IconEasel to.
