why is it saying that

i keep on trying to upload my infern0 skin but everytime i do it says it's not a valid skin archive. the skin itself is saved as inferno.wsz so why is it sayin it's not a vaild skin archive?

The skins submission page has been giving trouble for a while now. The only advice that I can give is to keep trying and hope that it goes through eventually. And check that you have all the fields filled out in the submission page.
