How to manually create a Winamp playlist?

Winamp PC and my phone are not compatible, but I can manually move music files over to my phone using Windows, and play them on Winamp on my phone. I need to manually create my playlists. Can someone tell me how to set up the folder structure so Winamp on my phone recognizes it as a playlist, not individual songs or albums?

I use extended m3u playlists and they work well with winamp on my phone. Regular m3u and pls playlists should also work.
