Galaxy S4 Not Being Discovered

Just got this new phone yesterday, loving it, and I'd love to enjoy my favorite music program with it as well.

My SD Card came in today, SanDisk Ultra 64 GB MicroSDXC Class 10 UHS-1 Memory Card with Adapter (SDSDQU-064G-AFFP-A). First thing I do is rip it out of the package then format it. Then onto Winamp to put my ~4000 songs and playlist onto it.

2 hours later and all was well, then I tried to update my playlist, and now the phone is not being discovered. Furthermore, when Winamp is up, the Windows Explorer loads very slow. This does not happen if all instances of Winamp are closed.

My eyes hurt for how long I have been searching for a solution tonight. It can work over wifi flawlessly, and I figured out I had to configure a plugin to get the phone to show up. However, the SD card is still not being discovered.

Please help. I do have my music on for the time being, since it worked on first plug in, but I listen to new music a lot and will need to update it!

Thank you.
