Galaxy S4 Not Being Discovered

Well I formatted it and the card loads quick. Put all 4000 songs on it, (well, 3996, 4 unknown songs wouldn't transfer for some reason) and then tried to load it back up and it is once again not recognizing (or taking forever) to load the card.

I am downloading the Winamp Beta now. I hope this is fixed soon!

EDIT: Have the Beta loaded. Once again, the SD Card is not being discovered. It is not a problem with the computer nor the phone, because it is being recognized on Windows Explorer, the Samsung Kies program, and of course my phone. It disappears from the map after the first large sync.
