Sync Smart View with Android!

Hello guys! I'm really hoping for your help.

I've downloaded the Winamp app for my Galaxy s4 and synced my music and normal playlists with my PC. However, it didn't sync the smart view playlists. Is there any way to easily sync them with my phone?

Also, is there another way to sync normal playlists with my phone without having to right click on them individually and send them to the divice?
