What was the last movie you saw?

I just watched Prometheus on Bluray. Sir Ridley should have his knighthood lifted. It was close. This film has almost enough polish to cover the fact that it was a 130 million dollar turd. Some of you even fell for it. It almost got past me.

The straw that broke the camels back is Noomi Rapace. If you killed Noomi Rapace with all the rest of the crew of the Prometheus it would have been a better film. Getting toward the last 10 minutes of this film and enjoying it a little. But then you realize Noomi Rapace is the new Ellen Ripley. And that just sucks. That's because Noomi Rapace is about half of what is wrong with the film. Unless they kill "Shaw" (Noomi Rapace) in the first 3 seconds of Prometheus 2, we've got a completely miscast heroine. When she's running away from the monster, I found myself singing the "Bilbo Baggins" run away song.

This movie doesn't have an original plot thought. It's a knock off of the rest of the Alien movies, Chariots of the Gods and who know what the hell else. The characters, without exception, die of incredible stupidity. "Let's get stoned and play with the Xenomorphs"

I knew I was in trouble when the mission briefing in this movie looks like a "Ted Talk",
