Workds with iTunes but not with any flash player

Our stream can be heard through iTunes but I cannot any flash player to work

Our guys says he saw this error:
File: http://website.com:8550/
Code: 40 (00000028)
Message: Connection timeout

Can someone direct me in a good direction?
