Pro upgrade not an option on my Android

I have a Galaxy s3 and downloaded Winamp back in November, before Thanksgiving. I want the pro version, but when I go to the in-app upgrade option it says "Winamp Store Not Available."

No matter what I do the option never shows up. I've even uninstalled and reinstalled and it tells me the store is unavailable. I imagine it might have something to do with the current stuff going on, but that doesn't explain why it didn't work back in November when I got it the first time.

I want the pro version so I can navigate by folders and play with the equalizer. I love Winamp, and the stock Samsung player is horrible. Why doesn't it work, and when will it be back?
