[QUESTION] How to transfer audio from another SHOUTcast server

Recently I've got a problem.

I am in China and now I have 2 servers. One of them is in China but another one is in U.S. so I have a very slow connection to that in U.S. though my server in China has a better connection speed.

Is there any idea of transferring the stream from one in China to the one in U.S. ?

I tried to setup Shoutcast Transcode and fill the PlaylistFile option with the .pls file generated by Shoutcast D.N.A.S. on the server in China but the Shoutcast Transcode informed me that the playlist is empty so I failed.

And I can only control my server through Terminal and all servers are based on CentOS (linux). That means, I cannot access the GUI.

So thank you if anyone have an idea?
