Need configuration tactic for two broadcasters at same time

I need a solution to having two radio broadcasters working live at same time. We are doing a live baseball play-by-play show so we need both the colorcom and the play-by-play hosts/speakers to broadcast clearly on the sir.
using winamp/shoutcast with USB mic but second speaker is having major problems. We have tried skype and did some adjusts but with little success in getting same clarity and volume for the second speaker.
