Need configuration tactic for two broadcasters at same time

I need a solution to having two radio broaddcasters working live at same time. We have tried using skype in but not much success there. I did see an idea about having two PCs having the winamp info and both hooking up with one of the two having the dsp set and also have the mixer set on that one PC rather than the USP Mic as the recorder???

We are trying to do a live baseball radio play-by-play show and need two able to be heard clearly rather than just 1
