Need configuration tactic for two broadcasters at same time

As per earlier thread, can a mixer, like a Behrninger mixer, be used to import two sports broadcasters doing a live play-by-play baseball game? A simple two mic input thru the mixer ,into the PC, and out through the winamp?

threads merged again! there is no need to repeatedly make new threads all the time when you have existing ones open where people are replying to the earlier threads - it makes it a pain for people to track your issue as well as will put people off trying to help.
