Redesigned Context Menus: The main menu

I don't like your mockup, to be honest. I don't want to click in a submenu just to close the library etc.

I think the current menu is good as is. The only thing which makes not much sense are 2 'Skins' entries, which are there since the dawn of time.

The other thing which could be improved are the fixed 'Play' > 'Audio CD' entries, it would make more sense, if it would change on the fly depending on the contents, e.g.:

- 'Play' > 'Audio CD' if an audio cd is in the drive
- 'Play' > 'Video DVD' if a dvd is in the drive (yeah winamp has no DVD support)
- 'Play' > 'Music' or 'Play' > 'Data Disc' if an MP3 data disc is in the drive.

that is due to how the menus are re-used in some parts of the ui and how it all inter-relates to things.

er, they already do update to what is shown by showing the volume name of the media in the drive. but for how it's done, it's too much of a hassle to do like you're suggesting of distinguishing audio vs video vs anything else and maybe it'll just be easier to pick a different description for the menu item names instead of 'audio cd xxx'
