Issue with installer

Hi,

I created an installer using HM NIS Edit. Installer works fine for me, but fails to work for my
friend. My machine is 64 bit while his is 32 bit. Is this may be the reason?

What does "fails to work" mean? How are we supposed to help when you give us so little information?

There are so many reason that it is not possible to answer your question.
Can you provide more details or (better) your scripts?
