you could try seeing what Chrome is trying to do via the developer console (F12) and looking at the network activity once the search has been loaded and you then click play. that's the only easiest thing i can think off to try before i try to pass this on to the site developer.

I played around a little with the dev console, but it's a little more technical than my capabilities. I didn't see anything obvious like errors or warnings. Just tried listening again - no go still. It's not hitting my server when I hit play and there were 12 listeners when I tried.
