Reborn user.... Forgot some things

I used winamp a couple years ago then got rid of pc. I got a new one now and forgot some things about winamp. I was wanting to get some plugins for quality of sound. I didnt know what kind of plugins to look for. I found a couple but dont know what to use. What catagory do I look in? What plugins do you suggest? Also how do I install plugins? sorry if I sound stupid. I have seen places where people create plugins, how do you do that? is it hard? thank you for your help. I am sure you will hear from me again!!!

you need DSP plugins
I recomend DEE of DFX.
You will download and exe and all you need to do to install it is to run the executable file you downloaded

I have been looking at other skins and the displays look different and the buttons look different.

Well, you can't move the buttons (In winamp 2 at least), but check the skins section and other winamp skinning sites
