I am trying to start making skins. I have got the icon editors and all the stuff it says you might need but I dont know if I have to get a skin maker or if you all use something different? If you do use a skin maker which one, and where do I get it? THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP!!

I'd use PSP but you might be better off asking in the skins forum or looking here

You don'r need a skin maker just a painting program - Photoshop, PSP or Corel PhotoPaint etc although windows pain will do, your not likley to end up with impressive results

You should check out WSD Skins for some excellent skinning tutorials, including a list of programs and skinners that can be used.
