[SPLIT] DNAS / libcurl bug preventing authhash creation

I have five streams setup exactly the same setup. Two are working fine and listed in the shoutcast directory. But three are not listed in the Shoutcast directory and the following is displayed on the Shoutcast ServerStream Status:
Server is currently up and unable to access the Directory.
Listeners are allowed and the server will act like it is private.

In the log this is the error:
ERROR [YP] Request [https://yp.shoutcast.com/yp2] failed, code: 28 [Connection timed out after 3000 milliseconds]

I tried to recreate autohash and it doesn't work, comes back with the following:
Error Code: 669.
Unable to process the request. Check the server logs for more details.

Running the latest SHOUTcast Server v2.4.2.167/posix(linux x64) with Centovacast 3.1.1
Using CSF and Fail2ban for security and only these ports are open. Rest all closed as this dedicated server running only CentOS6.6 and Centovacast. No other scripts.
