[SPLIT] HTTP Status 404 - /yp/checkauthhash

Hello,

I need help! I created an authhash locked to the old IP that I was using for my radio station. Now I changed my IP into this new one therefore I can't change or remove my current Authhash. Please help me fix the issue for everytime I try to click my Authhas link settings it shows this error:
Error Code: 464.
"Authhash could not be found or removed"

you need to follow the instructions as stated in the first post relating to that issue to get it resolved.

you first need to update the DNAS to the current version (as shown on the DNAS's summary and admin pages). as you're 3 builds behind the current version and if there is an issue, it is far easier for us to debug against the current version than an older code base without the newer fixes.

[edit]
you should attach large logs (more than a few lines) rather than posting the whole thing in the thread - it looses the formatting and is a pain to read through the thread. i've now changed the log to be an attachment.

I don't know if I can update it myself, I am using fastcast4u as my host, and CENTOVA for my control panel. How can I update it?

i believe this is an option in the Centova control panel which allows you to check for new DNAS updates. if not or you cannot find it, you need to ask the host to do it for you.

So far there is no option to do it in the Centova panel. I guess I have to wait my host to notify me that the new DNAS is ready for use and my server needs to be restarted.

k, need to remember that as i thought there was an explicit option. so just restarting will do it as long as the Centova install has been notified of the new DNAS.
