Connecting without "?sid=x"

Hi there,

I'd like to ask if it is possible to connect to my Shoutcast server without the "?sid=x" at the end of the link?

(Like http://example.com:9999/listen.pls?sid=1)

I know this is a SCv1 thing but it's worth to ask if this is also possible in v2.
