Impostor Uses My Station Name

I am the proud owner of chromaradio.com and my former IT/Server provider broadcast from an old backup my music lists using my old setup with the same name for ex. Chroma Nature, Chroma Classic Rock e.t.c. and steal's my listeners and destroy my reputation. What can i do to protect myself and my work? How can shoutcast directory and community can help me?
