Problem songs going too fast on live plz help !

[voilafm]

for the first time i create a live radio station

anyway first 3 days all going great but the last two days when the music (i have only mp3)

is playing sometimes the song going to fast its like disturbing any listener of course

i tried to turn off the Stream status many times but its doing the same thing and sometimes its going great ..

i checked the win amp on my Pc the music is fine just the live music on my site its going fast


please any ideas ? what should i do ?
