Multiple ip connections knocking down server?

Thanks Dro, unfortunately WHMSonic does not have Shoutcast V 2.0 and been sending support tickets since the beginning of the year with no luck. They were supposed to have upgraded the software to include Shoutcast v2.0 on their 2.2 release, but it never was released after it was announced in April 3rd 2013 =( .

We will look into the firewall/ip rules to try and fix. Is there a particular Shoutcast panel that you can recommend that has shoutcast v 2.0 as an alternative? Thanks for the prompt help btw.
