Error while adding AuthHash

I am hosting a ShoutCast server. I have a stream running. Since the last three days, there has been an issue in the directory listing. (Error 493)

SHOUTcast Server v2.4.2.167/win64

I clicked on Update AuthHash manually, after changing the description field, on pressing Ok, I got the following error.
Error Code: 462.
Parameter error.
[Invalid parameter k]

On going back to the summary page. The authhash went away and the status says Status: Not listed - Empty authhash

On creating authhash, it is again giving me the same error, i.e.
Error Code: 462.
Parameter error.
[Invalid parameter k]

Please help, I need to put that stream to directory soon else I loose listeners
