Cannot connect to whmsonic for broadcast...

Been working with a server owner for a while now trying to enable connections to a whmsonic run shoutcast server.

I'm the broadcaster, and no matter what I try, I get the "connecting" message which hangs for a bit and then goes in to reconnect.

All my settings and passwords are correct. I've been able to connect to numerous test servers without issue. I've dropped my firewall completely, and still can't get a connection going.

Unfortunately, the server owner is extremely busy with other projects at the moment, so I thought I would ask here if maybe there is something simple on the server side we could look into. Whether within the whmsonic panel, or a bit deeper. I do know the appropriate firewall ports are open. There is a specific port for djs to connect to.

Really not looking to hassle anyone to much. Like I said, just wondering if there might be something simple we are overlooking.
